Akron Canton Ohio has had issues with bats just about as long as it has been a city. Bats tend to find attic spaces most usually and once in the home or business they roost and begin a colony.

In Akron Canton Ohio one of the determining factors are droppings(Bat Guano) are typically found  near the space that they are entering the structure.( pictured to the right- Bat Guano on a ledge below entry point).

You should always use a Wildlife professional. Some Akron Canton Ohio Pest Control Exterminator companies are fantastic when it comes to insect, though Bat removal can be extremely difficult even for a trained and experienced technician.

Akron Canton Ohio Bats are very important to our environment and must be protected. The Wildlife Professionals never destroy these wonderful creatures and only safe and reliable equipment are used in order to remove and close the entry .

Raccoons are in every county in Ohio and at one time or another you will have to deal with the nuisance that they cause. whether it be tearing into your trash, ripping up your garden or taking up residence in your homes.

When a raccoon takes up residence in your home it can become expensive because of their damage causing nature. They can literally tear through roofing shingles and tear the decking apart to gain access to your home, or climb down your chimney and have babies .

Snake removal in Akron Ohio

We found this Snake on the road in Akron Ohio. It was a Rat snake trying to sun itself.  You will notice the patterns on this snake, they appear to resemble a rattle snake or even a copperhead snake, but this snake is not poisonous.

Most snakes in Ohio and across the Untied States are killed just because of ignorance, If they only knew that they were so beneficial to our environment I believe that would be different.

Most Snakes that make their way into your home are usually accidents. In fact if you have a snake in your home, well the snake is probably not the issue. You most likely have a larger problem, such as rodents.

Snakes are predators period.

So if they are in your house they are after food. rodents are the number one reason snakes show up in homes, though they do sometimes probe or just are curious of a place(these are the accidents).

If you have mice in your home, and you don't do anything to prevent this, it is inevitable that you will have a predator in your house. this is how it works.

Insects bring Mice

Mice bring Rats

 Rats well.. Snakes..

Which brings us to the rat snake. It doesn't need the sun to metabolize its digestion. so its the perfect weapon and its the snake I find in 99% of all homes I investigate. They can live in crawl spaces and even attics for 6 months at a time.

The Wildlife Professionals of Ohio can help you. We will  investigate the issue and give you viable solutions to your wildlife conflicts.

How to get rid of a Bat in the house in Akron- Canton Ohio? 234-788-0375

That is a fantastic question. There are many ways to do just that and save a bit of money. Please understand that fooling around with any wild animal is dangerous. bats can have rabies and other diseases and must be respected.
But what do you do if its the middle of the night and a bat is in your room?
(If there is an child in that room and you were alerted by them. go straight to the hospital..better safe than sorry. some bites are not understood by youth. It would be good for you to keep the specimen for inspection by medical advisers )
First of all get who ever is in that room out. Second try to see where the bat lands. Simple it sounds, but not always so. once you have the location on where the bat has landed, if at possible have someone keep watch. if not then simply close the door and place a towel at the bottom.
Find a spatula(you know like to cook with)brooms work too and wrap duct tape or any tape around it and flip it so that the sticky part is on the outside like a giant fly trap. Bats are actually very fragile and not very strong. Again I don't advocate this practice, but when in a place where it is necessity it is ok.
Carefully stick the spatula to the bat. the tape should adhere to the bat and you can remove it from the house. Once outside you can spay Pam or any other cooking spray on the tape part around the bat and it will be able to get free in a bit.
This is effective in a pinch. Though The Wildlife Professionals are the better choice in all this. Trained and practiced in the art of bat removal and exclusion. It really is the only safe bet.

The Wildlife Professionals of Ohio Bat Removal

Akron Bat Removal and it was our first attempt at working on camera. We were working an Ohio Bat Removal job that required a bat door to exclude bats out of the home. It was very hot and I decided to get my tech to chat a bit and stay on that hot roof just a little longer.... I am so mean..

It is very difficult to exclude Bats from your home; infact  a bat can get in an area the size of an match book. It is always good to keep this in mind when attempting to exclude them yourself. I have often had to replace or even tear out material that was an attempt to exclude these awesome creatures
With all kidding aside, bat work is difficult and even dangerous. the roofs can be very hot. the angles on a roof can make it almost impossible to work a a bat job.
Bats are also present when we are working on exclusion, a technician must be very careful and aware of his surroundings.
